Harmanec – Kuvert, a JV with German Mayer-Kuvert, is the biggest envelop producer in Europe, which produces over 20 billion envelopes a year.

- A joint venture with Mayer – Kuvert – network GmbH (Germany) which is part of the Mayer-Kuvert-network group of companies developing their activities all the world around. This group of companies comprising more than 40 enterprises in 20 countries became the largest envelope producer in Europe.

- Harmanec – Kuvert is a market leader in pursuing environmental protection and develops projects focused on environmental protection, energy consumption savings, increasing the use of recycled papers and inks and targeted selecting suppliers based on their relation to the environment.
ECO-INVESTMNENT contribution
- ECO-INVESTMENT, a.s. played a crucial role especially in the successful establishment of the joint venture and in the early stages of operations.
- Besides contributing own equity resources to the project, the main impact of ECO-INVESTMENT, a.s. towards the success of the company was the extensive market knowledge and experience from pulp and paper business in Slovakia.
- Today, ECO-INVEST is more in the role of a passive partner, supporting the company on a need-to basis.
- Establishment of multiple similar joint ventures with Mayer-Kuvert Network also outside of Slovakia, ECO-INVESTMENT, a.s. once again proved to be a reliable strong strategic partner.
