Philanthropy

ECO-INVESTMENT, a.s. supports publicly beneficial projects in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries in which it works. In cooperation with the town Ružomberok, it affected by its activities all the areas of the development of the city. The help for the region implies donations in millions in the area of health service, education, culture and ecology. It bought many important devices for the military hospital, it helped Catholic university and supports its activities. It helps successful sports clubs, civil organizations in improvement of the life of communities. In cooperation with former and current employees of paper mills, it established SUPRA foundation, which helps families of paper mill workers who found themselves to be in a difficult life situation.

Milan Fiľo significantly contributes to orphanages to Asia and Africa as well as to the hospitals for poor and infected by the virus HIV founded by University of Medical and Social Studies of saint Elizabeth.
